Your database can be backed up using the SQL Backup and Restore Tool which is accessible within the Customer Control Panel.
Once logged in click "backup database" which you'll find in the tools column on the left. Choose a location within your home directory to store the backup file then enter a file name, database name and description. Click backup to complete the process.
Your database will be backed up to your home directory and if desired may be downloaded via FTP.
