What is a SSL certificate?

SSL certificates allow you to conduct business online - safer and faster.  SSL certificates provide security by encrypting the data between the browser and the web server.

A SSL certificate is represented by the "lock" appearing in the corner of your browser.  It contains your name, a serial number, expiration dates, a key for encrypting and decrypting information and the digital signature of the issuing authority that customers can use to verify that the certificates are real.

We offer GeoTrust Quick SSL certificates.  GeoTrust is the safest and fastest growing second largest Certification Authority worldwide, and are compatible with 99% of all web browsers. The certificates immediately establish and confirm encrypted, confidential and secure communications and will help you develop a strong and trusting relationship with your customers.
