What is your refund policy?

Pacific Online will be happy to refund any overpayments made to closed accounts.  All refunds will be returned in the same form of payment that we received.  For example, if payment was made by cheque, a cheque will be issued back to you, or if payment was made by credit card, that same credit card will receive the refund.  Please note, if we receive a chargeback on your credit card, all Pacific Online services will be suspended immediately.
