You can use the following settings to configure most popular email clients.

Incoming Mail (POP3 Server) - pop.pacificonline.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP Server) - smtp.pacificonline.com (use port 587 & enable SMTP authentication)
Account Name - your email address
Email Address - your email address
Password - your email password

Note that your mail clients outgoing (SMTP) setting must be configured to use port 587 and SMTP authentication most be enabled.
