My ISP blocks mail on port 25. Is there another port I can use?
If your ISP is blocking mail to our mail server we recommend you use your ISPs mail server. Most large ISPs are now configured in such a manner.

However, if you would prefer to use the Pacific Online mail server you may be able to circumvent your ISP by specifying smtp.paconline.net as your mail server and using our alternate port, port 587. Remember that the Pacific Online mail server requires the use of SMTP authentication.
