In the early hours of Thursday October 15th, one Windows 2000 server failed during our regular maintenance. The server proved unrecoverable, and all sites were moved to a comparable system late Thursday night. All data was restored via backup, and ODBC requests etc were manually added on Friday, October 16th. IP Addresses, User IDs and FTP accounts were migrated with the data - no clients should be impacted by changes in these areas. Statistics have been imported, and all clients with an SSL certificate installed on their site were given complimentary new certificates with extended expiration dates.
This outage affected only a small number of clients, however, if you find that your site is missing a coldfusion component or .com object, please
let us know and we'll address that directly. We do not anticipate any further issues.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
