At approximately 11:00 pm Pacific Time on Friday, October 7th, we experienced hardware issues related to our main router which caused a global service interruption.
We have since replaced the faulty hardware and all of our shared web and email servers were restored to service at approximately 4 am Pacific Time. All dedicated services were up and running shortly before 7 am Pacific Time.
We do not anticipate that you will see any further downtime. If you have any questions about this at all, please let us know.
